We are now looking for enthusiastic and talented people to join the team in Sofia as a Support Supervisor.
Do you want to take the challenge and:
· Manage support projects – change requests, support tasks, incidents
· Monitor the status of tickets, SLA, due dates
· Manage tasks and activities by using project management tools, standards and methodology
· Report the progress to the stakeholders
· Prepare monthly support reports to the customers
· Relates with external and internal stakeholders (customer and company teams)
· Deliver trainings to key end users
· Utilize excellent customer service skills to exceed customer’s expectations
Then be prepared to demonstrate:
· Relevant University degree
· Minimum 2 years of experience in service/support/project management role
· Еxperience with JIRA or other tracking tool
· Strong planning and organizational skills
· Customer service orientation
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent Business English
